Beef Stroganoff Over Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef cubes, cut bite size
    4 oz. mushroom stems and pieces
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can French onion soup
Preparation
    Put beef cubes and enough water to cover beef in roaster pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Drain off broth and keep.
    Mix together mushrooms and soups; pour over beef cubes.
    If more liquid is needed, use drained broth.
    Cover and return to oven for 1 hour, or until meat is tender.
    Thicken with cornstarch, if needed.
    Add Kitchen Bouquet if darker broth is desired.
    Serve over cooked noodles.
    Serves 6.
