Brown Sugar Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. light brown sugar
    1 c. white sugar
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    1/2 c. shortening
    5 large eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 c. plain flour
    1 c. sweet milk
    1 c. chopped black walnuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream butter and shortening.
    Add sugar and cream again.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Sift dry ingredients and add alternately with milk.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Bake in a greased and floured pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0.
