Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can salmon (2 c. drain)
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Combine salmon, cheese, lemon juice, onion, horseradish and salt.
    Mix thoroughly.
    Chill.
    When firm enough to handle, form into a ball.
    Roll in pecans and parsley.
    Chill well.
