Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour milk (1 tsp. vinegar to 1/4 c. sweet milk)
    2 eggs
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 bananas, crushed
    1/3 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream shortening, salt and sugar.
    Blend in sour milk and beaten eggs.
    Sift together flour and baking soda.
    Add together with bananas.
    Stir in chopped nuts.
    Bake in greased 9 x 5 x 2 3/4-inch loaf pan for 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
