Beef And Cabbage Taco Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. shredded potatoes
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. shredded cabbage
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili peppers, drained
    1/2 c. taco sauce
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. onion salt
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mix
    potatoes,\t1/2 cup cheese, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
    Press into bottom and up sides of greased 1
    quart baking dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, brown ground
    beef.
    Drain
    and
    set
    aside.
    In same skillet stir-fry cabbage
    over
    high heat 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat;\tstir in\tground\tbeef,
    chili peppers, taco sauce, 1/4 teaspoon\tpepper and
    1/8
    teaspoon\tonion
    salt.
    Mound
    into partially baked potato crust
    and
    bake
    20
    minutes. Top with remaining cheese and bake 2\tto
    3
    minutes.
    Yield:
    4
    to\t5 servings.
