Poor People Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sardines
    4 hard-boiled eggs, finely chopped
    fresh or dried parsley
    pinch of dried basil
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation
    Drain and debone sardines.
    Blend sardines with cream cheese. Add eggs, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Blend well.
    It should be fairly stiff.
    Mold the mix on a plate and refrigerate.
    Serve with crackers.
