Black Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. red wine vinegar
    1 c. Chambord liqueur
    1 garlic clove, peeled
Preparation
    For one quart, combine all ingredients in a jar.
    Cover tightly and let stand for at least 3 hours before use.
    After 2 to 3 weeks, remove the garlic clove.
