Ritz Cracker Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
4 boned chicken breasts
1/4 to 1/2 c. stick butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Line cookie sheet with foil.
Dip chicken in butter; roll in cracker crumbs.
Place pieces on foil; cover with another piece of foil and seal edges.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
