Chicken Breasts With Cheese And Herbs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 whole chicken breasts, boned
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/2 tsp. marjoram
    1/2 tsp. parsley
    1/4 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/4 c. Sauterne wine
Preparation
    Halve the breasts to make 8 pieces.
    Remove skin and membrane and pound the breasts to make 1/8 to 1/4-inch thick.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Cut cheese into 8 strips.
