Hamburger Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1/2 c. beef broth
    dash of salt to taste
    2 tsp. paprika
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1 c. sour cream
    4 sliced green onions
    cooked noodles
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute beef in margarine with garlic, onions and mushrooms until meat is browned and vegetables are tender. Add flour; mix until blended.
    Add beef broth, salt, paprika and cayenne pepper.
    Stir and cook until thickened.
    Blend in sour cream.
    Do not boil, but keep warm.
