Rhubarb-Jello Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. white sugar
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1 stick oleo
    6 c. rhubarb
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 pkg. (3 oz. each) raspberry jello
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes or until tests done.
    Cool and frost with Cool Whip before serving.
