Cabbage Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage, sliced
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. soft bread crumbs
Preparation

Cook cabbage and onion in a small amount of boiling salted water in saucepan for 10 minutes or until wilted; drain well. Layer cabbage mixture, cheese and soup 1/2 at a time in casserole. Top with crumbs.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Yields 8 servings.
