Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, well beaten
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. corn meal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 stick butter, melted and cooled a little
Preparation
    Add sugar, corn meal and vinegar to the beaten eggs and continue to beat.
    Add melted butter to mixture and pour into pie shell.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
