Bread Stuffing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1/4 tsp. sage
    pepper to taste
    4 c. dry bread cubes
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Cook onion and celery in butter until tender.
    Mix seasonings; sprinkle over bread cubes.
    Add onion mixture and water.
    Combine. Stuff thawed, rinsed turkey and roast immediately.
    Yield:
    4 cups (enough for 6 pound turkey).
