Peanutty Banana Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. banana liqueur (optional)
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream, whipped
    1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
    1/4 c. Baskin Robbins hot fudge sauce
    1 pt. banana ice cream (fresh)
    1 1/2 c. chocolate chip ice cream
    1 c. crushed peanut butter
Preparation
    Fold sugar and liqueur into whipped cream.
    Refrigerate.
    Blend peanut butter and hot fudge.
    Working quickly, spread fresh banana ice cream evenly in an 8-inch square pan.
    With knife, mark off squares, 3 across and 3 down.
    With back of spoon, make an indentation in center of each square.
    Spoon 1 tablespoon of peanut butter fudge mixture into each indentation.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup crushed peanut butter around indents.
    Spread chocolate chip ice cream over all.
    Gently press down to level top.
    Swirl whipping cream mixture over top.
    Sprinkle with remaining crushed peanut butter.
    Peanut butter fudge filling will be centered in each square.
    Freeze until firm, about 3 hours.
    To serve, cut into 9 squares.
