Wisconsin Cream Cheese Mints - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
food coloring as desired
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
drop of flavoring: oil of peppermint if red; wintergreen if green and orange or lemon if yellow
granulated sugar
Preparation

Beat cheese by mixer or hand until soft; add color and flavor. Knead until pie dough consistency (a firmer candy is made by decreasing sugar).
