Church Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    lean stew meat
    carrots
    onions
    potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 c. ginger ale
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place stew meat on bottom of casserole dish.
    Layer the carrots, then onions and last the potatoes on top.
    Mix together the soups and the ginger ale.
    Cover with foil.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 2 1/2 to 3
    hours.
