Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head romaine lettuce, washed and soaked in cool water for at least 10 minutes
    1 lemon
    1/4 c. olive oil
    3 large cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp. anchovy paste
    1/4 tsp. fresh green pepper
Preparation
    In very large salad bowl, mix with wire whisk:
    juice from 1 lemon, 2 teaspoons anchovy paste, olive oil, fresh ground pepper and 3 large cloves garlic (minced).
    Towel dry the romaine leaves and hand tear large pieces into bowl.
    Toss very well just before serving.
