Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    4 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 (27 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    6 oz. water
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    9 lasagna noodles
    1 lb. grated Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil; add ground beef and brown it.
    Add ingredients up to Parmesan cheese.
    Add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Simmer 30 minutes, covered.
    Cook noodles according to directions.
    Layer:
    Meat sauce on bottom, layer of noodles, layer of Mozzarella cheese and layer of Parmesan cheese.
    Repeat the layers ending with meat sauce.
    Then add 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
