Fried Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. yellow or white corn meal
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Put in top of double boiler.
    Cook over boiling water for about an hour.
    Stir about 4 times.
    Pour in loaf dish and cool overnight in refrigerator.
    Slice in 1/4-inch slices.
    Roll in flour and sprinkle with sugar.
    Brown in butter or Crisco in skillet until crispy on each side.
