Linguini And Hot Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
1 chopped jalapeno
4 green onions with tops
1 bottle clam juice
1 can minced or whole clams
parsley
red peppers (optional)
Preparation

Saute garlic, jalapeno and onions (cut in small pieces) in olive oil and juice from clams until tender.
Continue to add juice until sauce turns milkier than what it is in the bottle; add the clams and parsley; continue to heat with additional juice for 15 to 20 minutes.
You can add white dry wine for different taste when sauteing.
