Cranberry Butter - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. fresh cranberries, washed and dried, or 3/4 c. canned or frozen
6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
2 tsp. lemon peel, grated, or 3/4 tsp. dried lemon peel
1 c. (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
Preparation

In a food processor with metal blade inserted, or in a blender, coarsely chop cranberries with powdered sugar and lemon peel.
Add butter and blend until mixture is combined, but slightly chunky.
Cover and refrigerate.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
Makes 1 1/2 cups.
