Potato Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 c. grated American cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
    6 c. cooked cubed potatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    While potatoes are cooking, combine soup, milk, onion, cheese and pimento.
    Place a layer of potatoes in a casserole dish; salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover with half of the soup mixture.
    Add another layer of potatoes, adding salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour rest of soup mixture over potatoes.
    Dot with butter.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
