Crock-Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 or 3 lb. beef roast
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 can cream of onion soup
Preparation
    Brown roast if desired.
    Put roast in crock-pot.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Add garlic powder to taste.
    Cover with onion soup; cook on low 8 to 9 hours.
    Pour off soup for thickened gravy.
