Standard Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 c. scalded milk
1 slightly beaten egg
2 to 3 1/2 c. sifted flour
melted butter
Preparation

Soften yeast in water or follow directions on package.
In large bowl combine sugar, shortening and salt.
Stir in hot milk. Cool to lukewarm.
