Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. sausage
    6 slices of bread, cubed
    2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    2 cups milk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Place bread cubes in greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
    Brown sausage; drain.
    Layer sausage and cheese on top of bread.
    Beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
    Pour over casserole.
    Refrigerate overnight, covered.
    Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
