Crumb Topped Tomatoes(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium tomatoes
1 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
Preparation

Cut slice off stem end of each tomato and discard.
Place tomatoes, cut side up, in circle on microproof plate.
Combine onion soup mix, melted butter, crumbs, parsley and basil.
Divide among 4 tomatoes, spreading mixture on cut surface.
Cook, uncovered, on High (Maximum power) 3 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes or until tomatoes are hot.
