Zucchini Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 c. unpeeled zucchini
    2 c. chopped carrots
    2 c. chopped cabbage
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chickpeas
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    3 qt. water
    salt and pepper to taste
    potatoes, optional
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain the fat.
    Place meat in crock-pot or Dutch oven.
    Add all the other ingredients and cook until all the vegetables are cooked through.
