Banana Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
    3/4 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 very ripe bananas, mashed
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3/4 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Combine first five ingredients in a large bowl; make well in center of mixture.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add to dry ingredients, stir just until moistened.
    Spoon batter into greased muffin pans, filling 3/4 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 18 muffins.
