Dump-It Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can applesauce
    1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg. dry yellow cake mix
    1 c. (2 cubes) butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. chopped nuts
    whipped cream
Preparation
    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan well.
    Dump applesauce into it.
    Dump crushed pineapple on top.
    Spread dry cake mix over the pineapple. Melt butter or margarine and pour it on top of the cake mix. Sprinkle nuts over the melted butter.
    Do not stir.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Top with whipped cream if desired.
