Good Old Virginia Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potato
1 c. milk
1 c. cream
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. baking powder (mix with 1 Tbsp. milk and add to mix)

Preparation

Combine all ingredients at high speed with mixer.
Add flavors.
Pour into 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
