Strawberry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen sliced strawberries
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Defrost berries according to package directions.
Beat eggs until fluffy.
Add oil, sugar and berries, beating until light. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, nutmeg and salt. Blend flour mixture into strawberry mixture just until flour is moistened.
Do not overmix.
Pour into greased 9 1/2 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes or until tester inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool 5 minutes.
Remove from pan. Finish cooling on rack.
