Mustard Sauce Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Colman's mustard
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
    1 egg, beaten
    8 oz. cream cheese
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. sugar
    2/3 c. mayonnaise
    assorted crackers
Preparation
    Mix mustard and cider vinegar. Cover and let sit overnight. The next day, cook with beaten egg, salt and sugar.
    Remove from heat and cool.
    Stir in mayonnaise.
    Pour over cream cheese. Serve with assorted crackers.
