Barbecue Spareribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. pork spareribs
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 c. apple juice
    2 Tbsp. catsup
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 packet Sweet 'N Low
Preparation
    In large saucepan of boiling water, simmer ribs about 5 minutes to remove excess fat.
    Drain in shallow baking dish.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add ribs and marinate 2 to 3 hours. Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake uncovered 45 minutes.
    Increase temperature to 450\u00b0 and continue baking 5 to 10 minutes or until very tender.
