Roast Turkey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen turkey
    3 Tbsp. pickling spice
    3 c. water
Preparation
    Thaw turkey.
    Remove giblet and wash.
    Rub lightly with butter.
    Place turkey in roasting pan.
    Add pickling spices to water and pour over turkey and into roasting pan.
    Bake according to weight.
    Keep pan covered until about the last hour of baking. Baste every 30 minutes with spice and water mixture.
