Ma Ma'S Brisket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 lb.) brisket of beef
    1/2 c. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    flour
    barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Let brisket stand overnight in liquid smoke, vinegar, sugar and water.
    Turn once or twice.
    Baste and cook at 275\u00b0 for 5 hours or until done.
