Chicken Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken breasts, boned
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    1 c. rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/3 c. chopped green pepper
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 c. chicken broth
    2 c. canned tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper and dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Heat oven to
    400\u00b0.
    Spray a large baking pan with oil. Put flour, salt,
    pepper,
    paprika
    and
    poultry
    seasoning in plastic bag.
    Shake chicken,
    3 pieces at a time.
    Put in pan. Bake 25 to 30\tminutes. Remove chicken from pan.
    Add rice and vegetables to pan.
    Put chicken on top of rice mix. Bring to a boil the chicken broth,
    tomatoes
    and
    rest of seasoning (hot sauce to taste). Pour
    over\tchicken and rice, covering both. Bake, uncovered, 40 to 50
    minutes. Add more liquid (water) to prevent dryness.
