Potatoes With Spicy Italian Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients

7 oz. spicy Italian sausage
1 onion, chopped
salt and freshly ground pepper
3 Tbsp. extra virgin oil
6 large baking potatoes, peeled and sliced

Preparation

Remove the skin from the sausages and break up the meat. Heat the oil in a large cast-iron skillet.
Add the meat, onion and potatoes.
Cook, covered, over low heat for 30 minutes.
