Corned Beef And Cabbage With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 large onion
    6 medium carrots
    6 medium potatoes
    salt
    pepper
    1 can corned beef
Preparation
    Melt butter in a large pan. Cut cabbage into large pieces. Place in pan. Add carrots, onion and potatoes. Add salt and pepper.
    Break corned beef on top.
    Cover and simmer for 1 1/2 hours on low heat.
