Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. butter
2 c. macaroni
bread crumbs
1 large chopped onion
3 c. squash, grated
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
Preparation

Cook ground beef and onion in butter until brown. Cook grated squash until tender; drain. Cook macaroni and drain.
Mix 1 can Cheddar cheese soup. (May use mushroom soup and add grated cheese.) Do not dilute soup. Mix all together and put in baking dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Cook 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 in oven.
