Pizza Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. warm water
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients together; let set until foamy. Add the rest of ingredients.
    Turn out onto floured board for kneading.
    Add 1/2 cup flour to prevent sticking.
    Should be earlobe soft.
    Allow to double in bulk.
    Make 2 balls; press onto greased cookie sheets.
    Add sauce and cheese, etc.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
