Crunchy Herbed Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Betty Crocker Potato Buds mashed potatoes (dry)
    2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    2 tsp. instant minced onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix potatoes, basil, onions, salt and pepper.
    Dip fish into egg; coat with potato mixture.
    Heat oil in 10-inch skillet until hot.
    Cook fish over medium heat until golden brown, 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
