Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 green pepper, diced
    1 onion, diced
    1 small can pineapple, drained (crushed)
    ground red pepper and Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
    Add Cheddar cheese, green pepper, onion, pineapple, ground red pepper and Tabasco to cream cheese.
    Mix well.
    Roll into ball or log shape, then roll in chopped nuts until completely covered.
    Chill for at least 24 hours prior to serving.
