Gazpacho (Cold Soup) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large tomatoes
1 small cucumber
1 medium green pepper
1 stalk celery
1 small onion
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chicken broth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. sugar or 1 pkg. NutraSweet
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Chop finely all ingredients and chill several hours before serving.
