Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    pinch of salt
    4 ripe bananas, mashed
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda, dissolved in 1/4 c. warm water
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar; add eggs.
    Beat well.
    Alternate flour, bananas and water, adding a little at a time; beat well. Stir in nuts.
    Pour into greased and floured large loaf pan.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
