Icebox Lemon Pie(As Prepared By Sollie Buxton) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
    2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1/2 c. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    2 eggs, separated
    margarine or butter (as needed)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Mix graham cracker crumbs and enough butter or margarine to hold crumbs together.
    Press crumb mixture into pie plate, forming a pie crust,
    Bake 10 minutes or until browned.
