Lillie'S Onion Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 or 6 red potatoes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 medium onion
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes.
    Chop onion.
    Place potatoes in saucepan and cover with water.
    Salt to taste.
    Cook potatoes until tender.
    Remove from heat and drain most of the liquid away. Slightly mash potatoes with a fork or masher.
    (Do not mash until smooth.)
    Add mayonnaise, onion and vinegar.
    Mix all together and serve while hot.
    Delicious with country style steak and gravy or any gravy.
