Spinach Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. fresh spinach
1 bunch watercress
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
2 Tbsp. sour cream
6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
Preparation

Wash and dry spinach.
Tear leaves into pieces. Wash and dry watercress.
Remove stems.
Chill until crisp.
Combine spinach and watercress in a bowl. Combine garlic, salt, lemon rind, paprika, pepper and vinegar.
Add gradually the olive oil, stirring constantly, and beat in sour cream.
Pour dressing over greens and toss well. Crumble bacon over salad. Serves 6.
