Cornmeal Mush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cornmeal
    1 c. cold water
    3 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter
    flour
Preparation
    Grease 9 x 5 x 3-inch or 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2-inch loaf pan.
    Mix corn meal and cold water in saucepan.
    Stir in boiling water and salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils.
    Cover and cook over low heat 10 minutes.
    Spoon into loaf pan.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
