Chili(For A Group) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon mild salsa
    10 lb. ground chuck
    2 pkg. dried onion soup mix
    chopped green pepper to taste
    chopped onion to taste
    1/2 box rubbed sage
    4 (#303) cans diced tomatoes
    chili powder to taste
Preparation
    Brown ground beef. Put into large pot. Add other ingredients; cook for 2 hours at medium heat, until liquid is reduced. Beans, such as pinto or kidney, can be added if desired. Rubbed sage can be found in the spice aisle.
